The user is the person's who is responsible for the task by using an electronic system. Its nature job depends on the application software or program required to accomplish the task. The software that the user used requires certain hardware components to function properly.

The hardware components of a personal computer system comprise of components that is usually connected (the computer printer, monitor, and others). Hardware is defined since you are able to physically interact with the components. Softwares are programs since their function can only be utilized while the computer is ON. Software is a set or coded instructions that computers utilize to perform the user's tasks.
